Though I lived in Titchfield Road as a youngster (1935 onward until 1947 when I Joined the Army, I returned to England in 1953 got  Married  in Bishop Andrews Church Wigmore Road In 1956, ( I think that allows me to be an associate of the area ?).   Then we moved to Stevenage Hertfordshire. I am now into my Nineties, and have happy memories of time spent in Carshalton.
